These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glor Partners website at glorpartners.com and any associated platforms or services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

Glor Partners is an Irish registered company based in Meath, Ireland.

The Platform is intended for high-net-worth individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. Access to the investor platform and fund participation is subject to:

• Successful application and acceptance by the Glor team
• Completion of KYC/AML verification
• Meeting the minimum investment threshold

Glor Partners reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal
• The value of your investment may go down as well as up
• Returns are not guaranteed
• You should consult your own independent financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decisions

Glor Partners selects managed funds for each tier but does not provide personalised investment advice. The AI concierge provides factual information about your account and the fund — it does not provide financial advice or recommendations.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Enabling and maintaining multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Notifying Glor Partners immediately of any unauthorised access
• All activity that occurs under your account

Glor Partners will never ask you for your password or MFA codes via email, phone, or any other channel.

By participating in the Glor Partners pool, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your deposit purchases units at the prevailing NAV per unit on the date funds are confirmed in the fund account
• Withdrawals redeem units at the NAV per unit on the execution date
• Glor Partners selects the fund for each tier — you do not choose individual investments
• Tier graduation involves full liquidation and redeployment into a new fund, with a 7-day opt-out window. Opting out means full exit from Glor Partners — there is no option to remain in a lower tier.
• Fees (management and performance) are deducted from the pool and reduce the NAV per unit
• Withdrawal requests enter a FIFO queue and are subject to director approval, fund lock-in periods, and floor protection

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, the triskelion mark, design, and software — is the property of Glor Partners or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content in the community
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The in-platform community is a space for constructive discussion among members. All posts are subject to approval unless you have been granted auto-approve privileges. Glor Partners reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community standards.

Members use display names only — sharing personal information about other members is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• Glor Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Glor Partners is not liable for investment losses — all investments carry inherent risk
• Information on the Platform, including pool size and tier status, is provided in good faith but may be subject to delay or error

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
