4. Data Storage and Processing

All data is processed and stored within the European Union, specifically in AWS's Ireland region (eu-west-1). Your data never leaves the EU.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our sole infrastructure provider. No other third-party data processors are used.

All data is encrypted at rest using customer-managed encryption keys and encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
